As a Senior Business Analyst specializing in fintech mobile app solutions, you will play a critical role in shapaing innovative financial services delivered through mobile platforms.

You will be tasked with understanding the organization's needs and the end-users' expectations to drive the development of user-centric products.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze user feedback to identify trends, user preferences, and areas for product enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, developers, and designers to understand business requirements and provide insights into user behaviors and workflows.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and use cases to guide the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes that accurately reflect product requirements and align with user expectations.
• Facilitate product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and feedback sessions to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.
• Perform impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and risk evaluations to determine the viability and potential success of new features.
• Support the development team throughout the development cycle by clarifying requirements, assisting with testing, and managing releases.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the delivery of innovative and competitive solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
What our client is looking for,

• Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Specialist, Product Owners preferably in Fintech, Insurtech, Healthtech, Proptech or a similar sector.
• Junior Software Developer/ Mobile Developer who looking to go into Business Analyst role is encouraged.
• Experience with SaaS-based technologies in a technical vendor or end-user environment is preferred.
• Proven ability in client management, demonstrating commercial awareness, tactfulness, and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
• Excellent command of English, with superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the workplace.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is advantageous.

Salary Range

RM 4,500.00 - RM 7,500.00
