Network Engineer(Intern)

Job Description:

1、Manages the implementation of projects closed by the field sales team.

2、Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.

3、Creates documentations and technical knowledge transfer to customers.

4、Assist sales team on technical proof-of-concepts evaluation.

5、Maintains knowledge of competitive products as well as complimentary solutions.

6、Work collaboratively with the field sales, project management, engineering and support teams.

7、Develops and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.

8、Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems

9、Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges

10、Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

11、Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

12、Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

13、To provides technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support according to SLA.

Requirements

Job Requirement:

1、Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

2、At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.

3、Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

4、Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

5、Able to work in a collaborative team as well as committing individually.

6、Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.

7、Well verse knowledge of IP protocol (TCP/IP) networking routing and switching protocols, VPN, Firewall & Wireless.

8、Certified in CCNA/PCNSA/FCA/ACSA/HCIA/H3CNE or equivalent certification are highly desirable.

9、Fluent in both Chinese and English
