We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support, maintaining operational efficiency, and resolving system issues to support critical business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges, implement solutions, and continuously improve our operations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Analysing and providing technical backup and support.
2. Managing customer expectation and escalating issues to a higher level or inter departments in order to resolve the raised issues.
3. Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Resolving all hardware and software issues and assisting to configure all new systems and perform tests on all deployment projects.
5. Performing ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Java, Linux CentOS, MS SQL, Nginx / TomCat / Apache will be added advantages.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in IT Operation & Support OR stock broking industry.
• Good English language proficiency. 

Salary Range

RM 3,500.00 - RM 5,000.00
