Hello everyone - I’m Johnson (in the photo the one with the cap), the founder of MindHive Sdn Bhd, a Generative AI-based solutions builder in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Why you should NOT apply**

To be honest, we are a super new company (founded in March this year). All we have now is a pipeline of jobs that we can’t fulfil yet, not much processes yet, constant changing directions due to the quick changing nature of the AI space. There will be lots and lots of ups and downs. So, if you are looking for stable secure future and all these points make you “shake”, then please do not apply.

Generative AI is kinda a new space, and we as a company are taking a stab at building a team that is good enough to quickly learn to potentially turn into a competitive firm in the space, skills wise in the next 2-3 years. Along the way, we would try to figure out together the best direction for the company to go towards as a team. So if you feel you are a fast learner, and would love taking a chance and join a young, extremely transparent and close-knit team to shape the future of a company (for better or worse), please do apply.
