ModeFair is actively seeking bright minds who have recently graduated from local or private universities.

Tech Stack we use here:

Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, TailwindCSS, and others.

✨ What We Offer:

Basic Salary at RM5,500 + EPF, SOCSO, EIS.

Full time position only.

Work anywhere in Malaysia (we have employees working in Penang, Malacca, Johor, Kedah, etc).

✅ Strong in coding skills (frontend, backend, database, etc).

✅ Bachelor Degree.

✅ Can start immediately or within 1 month.

✅ Have an open mind to adapt to our tech stack.

✅ Good personality, integrity, adapt to company culture, eager to innovate and excel in software engineering.

✨ Our Team Demographics:

90% engineers aged between 23 to 28 years old.

Our Interview Process:

Application Submission - Submit your application with your updated resume (include portfolios links will be a plus).

Home Assessment - Around 5 days to complete (can be longer depends on technical background).

First Round - Technical Interview & Job Fit (2 hours).

Potential Second Round - Another round of interview may be conducted if necessary.

Job Offer - Successful candidates will receive a job offer. Please note that our salaries are fixed as stated in our job advertisements and non-negotiable.

Offer Acceptance - You will have 5 days to review and e-sign the offer. Please note that if we do not receive your response within this 5-day period, the offer will be considered void.
