We're on the hunt for a talented 

* **Full-Stack Developer, **

* **Forex Trading Assistance / Technical Support**, and 

* **Trading Intern** 

to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. If you're passionate about building innovative web solutions and automating business processes, we want you!

**Location:** Puchong, Selangor (5 mins from LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong Station)

**Working Hours:** On-Site, Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm

# **Full Stack Developer (JS, Python, PostgreSQL)**

**What You'll Do:**

* Develop and maintain websites/projects using JS, Python, and PostgreSQL.

* Design web-solution architectures and database structures.

* Integrate third-party APIs and create APIs for internal use.

* Conduct unit tests, code reviews, and troubleshoot code bugs for project scalability.

* Manage and lead the development of a CRM project and business automation initiatives.

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.

* At least 2 years of experience in full-stack web development.

* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS (Front-end), Python - Flask (Back-end), and PostgreSQL (DB).

* Experience with RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and web security principles.

* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and project management skills.

* Passion for automation technologies and efficiency improvement.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to handle project requests.

* Background in Trading/Investment/CRM operations or Generative AI is a plus.

**Salary Range:** RM5,000 - RM8,000

# **Forex Trading Assistance / Technical Support**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers with technical issues related to software setup, troubleshooting, and account registration.

* Manage customer trading accounts daily, adhering to SOPs.

* Conduct personalized 1-on-1 and group Zoom sessions to educate and drive sales.

* Maintain frequent communication with customers via Zoom and WhatsApp to build confidence in our services.

* Collaborate with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Create comprehensive technical documentation for our trading robot.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in the field.

* Excellent communication skills and patience in solving customer problems.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Passion for presentations, educating others, and interpersonal communication.

* Interest in new technologies and their application to improve work efficiency.

* Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong relationship-building skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.

* Background in sales is advantageous.

**Salary Range:** RM2,500 - RM5,000

# **Finance / Trading Intern**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist clients in setting up trading platforms, algo trading tools, and risk calculation metrics.

* Ensure trading operations function optimally, with no inaccuracies or errors.

* Conduct routine risk management checks for the trading department.

* Prepare trade reconciliation and reports for relevant stakeholders.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

* A detail-oriented individual who is a quick learner.

* Passionate about new automation technologies to improve work efficiency.

* Organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

* Knowledge in Trading/Investment is a plus.

**Salary Range:** RM2,500 - RM5,000
