"**Senior Software Developer Job Description (20 Headcounts)**

**Pay Range**

RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 / month

**Requirements**

* Candidate must possess a Degree in Programming/Computer Science/Web Development/Web Design or equivalent.

* Has 3 years of experience in programming or website development and knowledge in HTML/CSS/PHP is required.

* Able to conceptualize, visualize, and execute web design projects independently and diligently in a timely manner.

* Possessing extra skills like digital marketing, SEO, cloaking, PHP implementation, web scraping & web crawling, and graphic design is a plus.

* Language(s): English and Mandarin, Cantonese would be added advantage.

**Responsibilities**

* Write code that ensures website functionality by following the best software development practices.

* Create a website layout or user interface by following the standard HTML/CSS/PHP practices.

* Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

* Manage advertising conversion tracking and pixel implementation:

  * Understand Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other relevant tracking tools;

  * Set up cross-domain tracking;

  * Set up event tracking on the advertising platforms, e.g.: Kwai, Google, Facebook, TikTok etc.

  * Able to use server-to-server (S2S) conversion tracking.

* Optimise website performance regularly.

* Collaborate with the Advertising team for new website development.

* Monitor web developers' performance and arrange meetings with team members for progress updates constantly.
