Mid / Senior Software Tester

Role Summary:

Looking for Software Testers - Mid level with 3-5 years experience; Senior level with >5 years experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, record, and document bugs and defects using appropriate tools.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on various applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and functionalities.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues that automated tests may miss.
• Verify and validate that applications meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Provide detailed test reports and feedback to the development team.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualified talents are required to do physical interview at client’s office based in The Philippines. Flight and accommodation provided.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in using testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, JIRA or TestRail
2. Familiar with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus
3. Preferably able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
