We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and can drive architectural decisions for scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimise high performance, responsive, and interactive web applications, while also mentoring junior developers.
Job Details:
- Lead the development, optimisation, and maintenance of React-based web applications
- Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions, ensuring best practices, performance and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Integrate and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs for efficient data handling
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness and accessibility standards
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and establish frontend best practices for the team
- Stay updated with latest front-end technologies and contribute to technical roadmaps and decision-making
- To be a key player in the development team, contributing to the digitisation of business processes and the modernisation of the software application stack.

Requirements
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in frontend development primarily with React.js
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks (CSS3, SASS, SCSS, LESS, Tailwind)
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX)
- Deep understanding of Next.js, Webpack, Babel, Vite or Rollup
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and authentication strategies (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices (CORS, CSRF, XSS, etc.)
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
