Software Engineer (Bilingual - English and Mandarin) (Cantonese is preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Write technical proposals.

• Perform the post-sale software implementation for customer

• Perform Research and Development on the latest AI technology like LLM and combine the research in existing product.

• Perform customization to existing product if required.

Responsibilities:

• During the project implementation process, cooperate with the project manager and software consultant to support the smooth implementation of the plan and achieve the project goal.

• The ability to learn new products quickly and combine the technology into new or existing product

• Demonstrated business experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and team building ability.

Ability:

• Linux experience is needed

• Have experience in Java/C# will be advantageous. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
• Technical Skills:
• Experienced in Linux system administration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, Groovy will be more advantage.
• Industry Knowledge:
• ITSM/ITIL knowledge is preferred
• System architecture design like load balancer and clustering
• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
• DevOps practices and frameworks, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and containerization
• LLM model training is preferred
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a good communication skills with customer.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Able to communicate effectively using Mandarin/Cantonese.
