Role Overview

We're seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist with SaaS experience to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer support while managing our knowledge base and website content. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SaaS platforms and basic website management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical inquiries about our loyalty program platform and WhatsApp automation solutions
  • Manage and update content on our WordPress website and knowledge base
  • Document common issues and solutions to build our support resources
  • Assist customers with platform setup and configuration
  • Create and maintain help documentation and user guides
  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and feature requests

Requirements

RequirementsEssential

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • 1-2 years experience in customer support for SaaS products
  • Basic understanding of WordPress content management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Patient and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of loyalty programs and CRM systems
Preferred
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with knowledge base management
  • Experience supporting F&B or retail businesses
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin
