Lead Developer

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers through the entire software lifecycle
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
• Conduct code reviews and provide best practice, guidance on software design patterns and architecture

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5 year+ of experiences in web development and software design
• Proficiency in back-end languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel).
• Proficient with Database system design (MySQL, SQL, MongoDB) and technology
• Familiar in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap)
• Expertise in using Git for version control, branching, and merging.

Nice to Haves

• Programmers that have exposure to fintech or financial industry will be added advantage
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures using containerized environments like Docker.
• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React or minimally proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Familiar with DevOps CI/CD process with Azure/AWS
• Experience with Web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.

Salary Range

RM 6,000.00 - RM 12,000.00
